The Phoenix Method is a combination of 1:1 sessions that can be done in-person or online. Meal replacement programs don’t teach you the correct way to eat or the right type of foods. I’ve personally struggled with weight most of my life. I managed to lose over 50kg about 18 years ago from being sick (doctors didn’t know why) & with the help of a Naturopath by primarily changing diet & lifestyle. Over the years, I’ve suffered a lot of personal trauma including the sudden loss of my mother, caring for my father with Parkinson’s Disease & Dementia, bullying, financial stress.. you know how it goes. I constantly felt overwhelmed & lost. Emotional eating was one of my issues that I’ve had to monitor closely… & still do! I became very interested in the brain/gut connection after caring for my dad & from working in natural health,

I decided it was time to study Naturopathy so I could help more people. Then… Welcome to your 40’s!! In there with all those awesome hormonal imbalances - excessive hot flushes, increased PMS, MORE weight, bloating…After a very stressful event in 2018, I put on nearly 20kg from my best weight. How much time is this going to take?

The Phoenix Method is a 3 month program. Depending on the amount of weight you have to lose or what specific health concerns you want to rectify, the timing may be different.  That's why it is personalised for you! I usually recommend 3 months if you want to lose up to 10kg.  For over 10kg, it may take 6 months or longer (depending on the amount). There is an option for additional support after the program, if required.

I'm not sure I'm at the right level yet...

If nothing changes, nothing changes!

 

I find that many clients are unsure of whether they are ready or not, initially. They may have something coming up or they are unsure if they can commit to the program.  This is why you have your Introductory Call.  On this call, we can discuss your personal situation & find out what is blocking you from taking the next step. We also do work on mindset in the program which can have a profound effect on how much we believe in ourselves & are able to achieve our goals.

YES!! The program works for male or female over 18 years. I tend to work with many women over 35 years, so hence the program deals with a lot of hormonal issues for women transitioning into the next phase. However, I do have multiple males on the program that have had astounding results! Plus I've had younger women who have managed to lose weight & improve their menstrual cycles &/or chances of having a family!
